We have a lot in common!


You and I have poured our heart and soul into our careers and family. We’re busy making sure everyone is taken care of, we’re saving America and at some point we’ve forgotten ourselves. Most likely, there’s some perfectionistic tendencies that have gotten us to where we are. That character trait has helped us to some degree, but perfectionism with our body and with food most likely has led to shame.  I get that it’s hard to understand why we can be successful in so many other areas, but when it comes to self-care and self-love it can all take a back seat. That’s where the urge, craving and overeating cycle can take a big hit especially when we’re so focused on saving others, but ourselves.

So not only can our self-care and health take a back seat as we’re saving the world, we’re getting older and our bodies are changing.  Our metabolism slows as we age and it stores fat around the middle even when we’re exercising and eating right.  We’re doing everything we can to get the tire off, but it just won’t come off soon enough! 

I hear you and feel you! This was me for quite a few years in my life. I was depressed, in chronic pain, unmotivated and was in complete burn out. I wasn’t getting any answers from traditional doctors so I immersed myself in learning how the body heals.  Slowly but surely, I put into practice what I learned and became:

  • Trained in all personal development programs offered by 3 Key Elements

  • A certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMCHC)

  • National Board Certified in Health & Wellness (NBC-HWC)

  • A Certified Trauma Informed Coach through The Biology of Trauma

I had many mentors and coaches help me along the way and, for them, I am forever grateful.  I truly believe that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
